beware of renting from this lady, Ms Cook. She stole $50.00 from me and I have no recourse. She will ask you to mail a check, as a deposit. Then she will cancel you and keep $50.00 of your money. Not a reputable business person at all. I don't know how long she has been renting her cottage, but she will not communicate with you. You will recieve total silence and theivery. Be forwarned.
